Legacy Trust Welcomes Daniel Oumedian
Grand Rapids, Michigan, September 8, 2008 – Daniel A. Oumedian has joined Legacy Trust as Senior
Administrative Officer.
Oumedian brings more than three decades of wealth management, financial service and trust experience
to his new role with Legacy Trust, West Michigan’s leading trust-only bank. He holds the Certified
Trust and Financial Advisor, or CTFA, and the Chartered Financial Consultant, or ChFC, designations.
In his new role, Oumedian will serve as a primary contact with clients, partnering with Legacy’s
experienced investment counselors to serve the financial needs to new and existing clients.

Prior to joining Legacy Trust, Oumedian served as Vice President and Senior Personal Trust Officer with
Fifth Third Bank. He was responsible for the administration and relationship management of more than
$225 million in assets under management in the bank’s trust and wealth management division.
Additionally, he had prior experience in branch management with the bank.
Active professionally and in the community, he is a member of the West Michigan Estate Planning
Council and the Porter Hills Planned Giving Committee, and is a past member of the Jenison Public
Education Foundation Planned Giving Committee, Old Kent River Bank Run Core Committee and the
Grand Rapids Jaycees. He has done volunteer work with the United Way, American Cancer Society, and
Kids’ Food Basket.
Oumedian holds a bachelor of science in finance from Ferris State University in Big Rapids and an MBA
from Grand Valley State University, Seidman School of Business.
A native of Grand Rapids, he currently resides in Jenison with his wife Sue and son Danny. Daughter
Tricia is a Registered Nurse working in Grand Rapids.
